You will oversee all aspects of bar operations, including bar staff schedules, inventory management, staff training, and maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
A proven experience in high-volume restaurants/bars is a must!

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
- Develop and maintain innovative cocktail menus that reflect our Nikkei concept
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control
- Train and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent quality and service standards
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions and special events to drive sales and enhance the guest experience
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
