You are both a warm, welcoming presence and a sharp coordinator who ensures the front desk runs seamlessly. You’ll lead the Host Team with professionalism, manage reservations with precision, and work closely with leadership to deliver service that exceeds expectations every time. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and support the Host Team to deliver world-class hospitality. Extend a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. Manage and oversee reservations across multiple platforms (SevenRooms, OpenTable, etc.). Collaborate with the management team to optimize floor flow and table turnover. Communicate effectively between departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met. Handle VIP, walk-in, and special requests with professionalism and discretion. Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times. Champion health and safety protocols. Support service setup and special events as needed. Foster a positive team culture built on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement. Physical Demands Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly, and bend as needed. Occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 15 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of host or reception experience in an upscale hospitality environment. Previous leadership or training experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident with technology and reservation platforms. Naturally friendly, organized, and composed under pressure. Self-motivated with a passion for hospitality and professional growth. What We Offer Competitive pay Career growth opportunities supported by training and development. 50% dining discount at all Chotto Matte restaurants. Staff recognition programs celebrating outstanding performance. Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. Commuter benefits. Pet Insurance. Cell phone expenditure.  Irrevocable Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). 401(k) plan with a 50% company match.  Join Us If you’re passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment, we’d love to meet you.
