Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding, personalized service to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately take and serve drink and food orders.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues with a sense of urgency and hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized section at all times.
• Collaborate closely with bar and lounge team members to ensure smooth, high-quality service.
• Maintains the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, appropriate uniform, appearance, and conduct.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience as a cocktail server in a high-volume or upscale dining/lounge environment.
• Working knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine; interest in Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian) cuisine is a plus.
• Positive attitude, polished communication skills, and a strong team spirit.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced settings.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to move with agility, walk, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 25 lbs.
