Chosen Home Care Services (CHCS) is seeking experienced STNA's, CNA's, HHA's and DSP part-time positions and on call available.

Essential criteria:
Current STNA, CNA or HHA certification
Relevant home health care experience (at least one year)
High School Diploma
Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills.
CPR Card, First Aid Card, Driver's License, SS Card.
Clean Criminal Background Record
Driver License and Current Auto Insurance
