Chosen by Grace Home Care LLC is recruiting Homemakers & Companions for upcoming client assignments.

We are seeking compassionate, dependable individuals who share our commitment to helping people maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes.

Position Details

• Location: West Hartford, Hartford, and surrounding Connecticut communities

• Starting pay: $19 per hour

• Employment: W-2

• Schedule: Full-time opportunities based on client needs and availability; hours are not guaranteed

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement.

• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and household routines.

• Follow individual service plans and agency procedures.

• Respect client privacy, preferences, and independence.

• Communicate observations and concerns to the designated supervisor.

This position focuses on homemaking and companionship. It does not include hands-on personal care or medical services.

Qualifications

We welcome experienced applicants and entry-level candidates who demonstrate patience, professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills. Candidates must complete required screening, orientation, and training.
