Your Mission:
As a Builder Support Ally, you are the first voice of our mission – you’ll support our builder partners from the beginning of a build to the closing of a build. You’ll serve our builder partners and customers with warmth and wisdom, and ensure every call, every schedule request, and every generated invoice reflects the high standards of our warrior code.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Process invoices for work completed- Ensure invoices are processed by each builder partner’s specified AP process while ensuring accurate billing.
- Correspondence with clients/builders – Verbal, email and portal communications with our builder partners to coordinate scheduling requests.
- Review of new home builders’ Purchase orders – Ensure accuracy of cost.
- Review and validate new construction home floor plans -Ensure designed redlines are accurate for each builder's specified standards.
- Generate new tickets -create new tickets for requested work, heavy data entry.
- Execute daily administrative tasks -with discipline and reliability.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

This job operates in a professional office environment. Must possess ability to use a telephone, computer and other required technology. This position requires the ability to work full-time.
Required physical and mental demands.
Requires constant sitting, walking, talking, use of fingers and arms, mental alertness and hearing. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time. Must be able to perform essential job functions in an environment that will sometimes include increased levels of work-related stress. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Must have the ability to communicate clearly.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
