What You'll Do
As an Accounting Specialist, you'll serve as a key member of our Outsourced Accounting team, supporting multiple manufacturing clients and helping maintain accurate, timely financial information.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting functions for multiple clients in a high-volume environment
- Review and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts, corporate credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Support weekly accounting workflows and month-end closing activities
- Prepare and review financial reports and supporting schedules
- Assist with maintaining accounting records and ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and efficiencies
- Utilize technology and automation tools to improve workflow effectiveness
- Deliver exceptional client service and professional communication
- Pursue ongoing professional development and continuous learning opportunities

Qualifications
Required
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience performing full-cycle accounting responsibilities
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously
Preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience supporting multiple entities or clients
- Exposure to month-end close processes
- Experience working in a professional services, CAS, or outsourced accounting environment
