Client Account Representative – Lawn & Landscape Services
Full-Time | 45 hrs/week (Peak Season 60 hrs/week)
Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 per year with Commission
Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Account Representative to join our lawn and landscape services team. This role is responsible for converting inbound leads into recurring service clients, providing exceptional customer support, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, account management, or customer service—preferably within the home services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversion
- Respond to inbound calls, web leads, and service requests to convert them into new customers.
- Recommend mowing, lawn care, and landscape service packages that meet client needs.
- Promote seasonal add-ons, upgrades, and upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
- Conduct outreach to past clients and warm leads to re-engage and secure recurring services.
Client Support & Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Deliver timely, solutions-focused responses to client questions and service needs.
- Build trust through proactive communication, follow-up, and personalized guidance.
- Help homeowners choose services based on property goals and budget.
Collaboration & Administration
- Maintain accurate client notes, activity logs, and communication history within the CRM.
- Support sales campaigns, pricing strategies, and seasonal promotions.
- Track performance metrics and share feedback to improve sales and service outcomes.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Home services industry experience (lawn care, landscaping, pest control, HVAC, cleaning, roofing, etc.) preferred but not required.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills—professional, friendly, and confident with homeowners.
- Goal-driven and motivated by commissions, performance, and client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal work environment.
- Comfortable working extended hours during peak season (up to 60 hours per week).
