Responsibilities
You will become a successful Sales Representative by:
- Building your book of business by generating leads and cold calling potential customers over the phone.
- Continually develop greater value, communicate new opportunities and build professional relationships which will enable customers to grow their business.
- Problem solving-Anything can happen from pick up to the delivery of your shipment. Those bumps in the road can be challenging, but they keep our days interesting.
- Collaborate with your in-house carrier sales team to ensure your clients receive the best possible solutions
- Leveraging our extensive training and business intelligence tools to educate your clients on market trends and how we can help them

- First year minimum base salary of $39,000
- PLUS monthly incentives that are designed to be attainable and lucrative
- First Year Compensation averages between $45,000 and $55,000 annually and will continue to increase as you build your book of business and advance into higher level roles
- With our incentive structure and your dedication, you can see $80k-$100k in year two.
- This is a full-time position with a clear career track for you to advance into other Group Sales Leader or Account Executive roles. 95% of our management team has been promoted from within.
