CHOPT Sr. Assistant Manager
Base compensation: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Hours per week: 45 (OT may be scheduled or worked based on business needs)

We expect our Sr. Assistant Managers to support the restaurant & their General Manager by:
● Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel welcome and are

● Prioritizing exceptional customer service and hospitality
● Training and coaching hourly staff to support our talent pipeline
● Assisting growth by helping to identify and develop trainers
● Maintaining strict adherence to proper food safety and sanitation procedures
● Ensuring safe working conditions to reduce the risk of injury and accidents
● Representing and protecting the CHOPT brand
● Establishing staff compliance with all policies and procedures
● Assisting with administrative tasks such as: scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering,
Qualified candidates must have:
● Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
● ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications
● Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange
information
● Skill in using a computer and/or tablet
● Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
● Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds
