We deliver healthy, pre-portioned meals to fitness-focused clients through gym partnerships and are on a mission to scale operations nationwide. Our growth is fueled by results, community, and quality food — not hype.
We currently gross over $144,000 annually and are poised to scale significantly. We’re now looking for a driven, business-savvy COO who is ready to lead our operations and help us multiply that growth.
What You’ll Do- Build and streamline kitchen operations, logistics, and fulfillment workflows
- Hire and lead the kitchen and delivery teams across multiple locations
- Overhaul our website and customer subscription flow for user-friendly ordering
- Manage weekly production (~11.9 meals per order) and scale to 100–1,000 orders/week
- Optimize cost per meal and labor efficiency (currently 400 meals produced per 13 hours with a team of 4)
- Create and implement SOPs, KPIs, and internal systems to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate directly with the founder on strategic decisions and expansion plans
- Proven experience scaling a product or service-based business (especially in food, logistics, or e-commerce)
- Strong background in operations, supply chain, or team leadership
- Comfortable managing production teams and contractors
- Understanding of growth metrics and operational budgeting
- Bonus if you’ve launched or led a startup before

This is a sweat equity role — no salary initially. Instead, we offer:
- 5% equity upfront, subject to a 5-year vesting schedule with a 2-year cliff
- Up to 5% more based on performance milestones (e.g., 500 orders/week or $500K in revenue)
