- Anticipate guest transitions and manage table turnover effectively.
- Open the front door for arriving and departing guests as part of a welcoming gesture.
- Answer incoming calls professionally, providing information and booking reservations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance, including the foyer and washroom areas.
- Uphold a positive and collaborative attitude with guests and team members throughout your shift.
