- Providing 1:1 hands-on care in a home setting and in the community
- Helping with daily living tasks, personal care, and comfort
- Being a calm, dependable presence (the kind families remember forever)
- Following care plans without being micromanaged
- Empower clients by teaching and reinforcing life-changing skills.
- Be a trusted partner in helping individuals achieve greater independence and a brighter future.
- High School Diploma, GED, or College Transcript/Degree
- Current CPR certification (no online classes)
- TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- A heart for making a difference and a commitment to compassionate care
