About Us
Choose Joy Nursing is a Nashville-based nursing agency comprised of registered nurses and sleep strategists. We are excited to be expanding with a new location in Dallas. We have built a loyal following by sharing our passion and tips for infant care, sleep strategies, and postpartum support.
We provide in-home night care, classes, and consultations for families in the Nashville area as well as virtual and video support across the United States.

Responsibilities:
- Provide infant care, including giving baths, assisting with feedings, changing diapers, and changing clothes
- Support mothers postpartum including nutritional and emotional support
- Assess mother and baby as appropriate and document care
- Educate parents on infant care and self-care practices
- Ensure a safe and compassionate environment
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to professional standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines
Experience:
- Minimum of 1–5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting, including at least 1–2 years of clinical experience in one or more of the following areas: NICU, mother-baby, postpartum care, or pediatrics.
- Familiarity with mother/baby care protocol including sleep strategies
- Proficient in conducting assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Texas
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education
- Current BLS/CPR certification (adult and infant)
- Active professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
