Additional Shift Manager Requirements Include
- Leading, training, and developing the team
- Following all processes and procedures
- Managing and driving the shift
- Basic math and communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to work up to 8 hrs a day in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must represent Choolaah's Mission, Vision, and Values
