Cashier-Server Assist

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Server Assist/Drive-thru associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling food orders and transactions.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards.
• Operate the Toast POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
• Buss tables promptly to ensure a tidy environment for guests.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines throughout all food handling processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food environments, is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
