Bartender

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of bartending experience and a desire to deliver an exceptional guest(s) experience. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, support bar preparations, and providing friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide outstanding customer service and engage with guests in a professional manner.
• Verify customer age and comply with all alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and workstations.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs.
• Process customer orders and handle payments accurately.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, lounge, or similar establishment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Competitive hourly pay: $16.27 per hour (plus tips: $30.00 - $45.00 range)
