Job Description:The Help Desk Technician at Choisys Technology Inc. will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems.Job Responsibilities:Respond to support requests and provide technical assistance to end-usersTroubleshoot hardware and software issuesInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheralsEnsure security measures are in place to protect systems and dataDocument technical processes and solutions for future referenceAssist in the implementation of IT projects and initiativesCollaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issuesEssential Qualifications:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support roleBachelor's degree in Science or related fieldStrong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applicationsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentDesired Experience:Experience supporting Enterprise and Cloud IT requirementsFamiliarity with Federal Agencies and Combatant CommandsExperience providing IT support in domestic and international settingsSalary & Benefits:Salary range: $30,000 - $40,000 per yearCurrency: USDBenefits: To be discussed with successful candidate
