Position Summary
Serve as a Technical Instructor and Writer for the Cyber Operations Specialist Advanced Individual Training (Phase 1). This role focuses on delivering high-level instruction within the Cyber Basic Technical Core (CBTC) and Cyber Common Technical Core (CCTC) frameworks, as well as specialized Programming and Scripting (PnS) modules
Requirements:Mandatory Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the below criteria for both instruction tracks:
Track A: Cyber Common Technical Core (CCTC/CBTC)
- Education/Experience: Professional Technical Instructor certification (e.g., CTT , Master Training Specialist) OR 2 years of formal technical classroom teaching experience.
- Compliance: Must hold a current DoD 8140.01 Baseline Certification (IAT Level 2 or higher).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git, GitLab, or GitHub).
- Background (One of the following):
- Graduate of Army 17-series MOS/AOC courses (17C, 17A, 170A, 25D, 255S).
- Graduate of CCTC Functional Course or CNOQC.
- Current OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) certification.
Track B: Programming and Scripting (PnS)
- Development Skills: 2 years of demonstrated proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and BASH (including design and testing) OR a Cyberspace Capabilities Developer (CCD) certification (Basic or higher).
- Instruction: Meets the same Instructor Certification/Experience requirements as Track A.
