Position Title: Residential Manager
Location: Seaford, Delaware
Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | 40 hours/week
Pay Range: $20.75 – $29.75 per hour

We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Residential Manager to lead our residential programs in Seaford, Delaware.
What You’ll Do:
As a Residential Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the daily success of our residential homes. Your leadership will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we serve while fostering the professional growth and development of your team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising staff and day-to-day operations
- Training and mentoring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Developing and maintaining effective staffing schedules and coverage
- Overseeing individual service plans and participant goals
- Ensuring timely and accurate attendance billing and documentation
- Managing household budgets, food orders, and supplies
- Coordinating vehicle maintenance and scheduling medical appointments
- Ensuring compliance with all state and agency regulations and documentation standards
- Providing emergency and on-call coverage as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in human services
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Certifications:
- Must be certified or eligible for Medication Administration Certification
- Must complete all other required training
Other:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must meet driver requirements per regulations
- Willingness to travel between sites (approx. 50% travel)
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Schedule Options:
- 8-10 hour shifts
- Monday through Friday with rotating on-call and weekend availability
