Position Overview:
We are seeking fully licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality care and prefer the flexibility of hybrid or in-person work. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a population you feel most skilled and connected to, with support from our administrative and clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to a diverse client base.
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
- Maintain an active caseload, with scheduling autonomy.
- Participate in occasional team meetings and case consultations.
- Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.
- Attend and participate in team training events.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Texas.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture.
- Comfort using EHR systems and basic telehealth platforms (for hybrid roles).
- Interest in long-term work with a stable client base.
