This position is based in Orlando (Dr. Phillips area) and provides direct exposure to patient care coordination, hormone therapy workflows, and clinic operations.

This internship is ideal for someone pursuing a career in healthcare, nursing, medical administration, or wellness, and looking to develop real-world clinical and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient intake, onboarding, and follow-ups
• Support lab order coordination, requisitions, and results tracking
• Assist with medication coordination and prescription workflows
• Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems
• Support daily clinic operations and patient flow

Qualifications:

• Interest in healthcare, medical, or wellness field
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable using technology, EMR systems, and digital platforms
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a medical or customer service setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
