Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to support daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth patient experience. This role requires strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and scheduling needs
- Manage patient intake, onboarding, and registration processes
- Collect payments and assist with basic billing coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Support providers with administrative and clinical coordination
- Coordinate patient readiness and follow-through for both in-clinic and telemedicine appointments
- Ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming patient experience
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and patient service abilities (phone, text, and email)
- Reliable, punctual, and highly detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience supporting patient coordination, including scheduling, follow-ups, or medication-related communication, is a plus
- Interest or exposure to hormone therapy, medical weight loss, or longevity-based treatments is a plus
- Professional demeanor with a patient-centered approach
- Previous experience in a medical or wellness setting is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
