Full time= 30 hours a week with an option to work up to 40 hours if preferred. Positions are (Monday through Friday) -approximately 6 to 8 hours a day

Qualifications
- Over 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, reliable and insured vehicle required
- Must be able to pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background check
- A passion for helping people and a desire to make a difference in our community
- No experience needed as we provide extensive on the job training
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and support personal growth and independence at work and within all aspects of life.
- Mentor and support people at their jobs, volunteer sites, creative pursuits, wellness activities, and other life enriching opportunities.
- Help people discover and refine their artistic and creative talents through our unique ARTS program and our award-winning BOLD-choice Theatre Company.
- Provide transportation support.
- Assist in identifying new opportunities for people to develop their skills and abilities.
