Business Development Manager – Staffing Industry
Choice Staffing is seeking experienced Business Development Managers to join our growing team across multiple U.S. markets.
We are looking for driven sales professionals with a proven background in the staffing industry who can develop new business, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities and sales revenue
- Maintain and expand existing accounts
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and networking activities
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to fulfill client staffing needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Meet weekly sales activity and revenue goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience within the staffing industry
- Experience in Light Industrial Staffing or Hospitality Staffing required
- Proven track record of generating revenue and growing accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Existing book of business and local market relationships preferred
