We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in the Marshfield, Missouri area, supporting a collaborative and resident focused skilled nursing environment committed to quality care and strong team culture.

What You’ll Do

• Provide physical therapy services based on licensure and scope of practice
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Develop or carry out individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes
• Document patient progress and communicate updates with the therapy team
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support patient centered care

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree or graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Missouri PT or PTA license or eligibility
• Commitment to patient centered care and strong team culture
