💙 What You’ll Be Doing
As a valued SLP on our team, you will:
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders (dysphagia)
- Develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that restore communication and swallowing abilities
- Support patients in regaining confidence through evidence-based therapy and compassionate care
- Teach communication strategies including speech exercises, voice improvement, and alternative communication methods
- Educate patients and families on safe swallowing techniques and communication strategies
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Complete a minimum of 15 visits per week, with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you

Requirements
Valid Speech Language Pathologist License
1 year of rehab experience preferred
CPR certification
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Auto Insurance
Long Term Care experience preferred
Vital-Stim certification preferred
HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, or kneel for extended periods.
