- Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare partners
- Drive hospice referrals through outreach, presentations, and education
- Leverage healthcare sales experience to develop new business opportunities
- Serve as a trusted hospice resource for referral sources
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
- Track outreach activity and referral growth
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of healthcare sales, business development, or referral outreach experience
- Hospice, home health, or senior care experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience using CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Auto Insurance
HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
