What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Service Worker (DSW) position at Choice Providers, LLC?
Direct service workers are needed in Alexandria to provide in home care assistance to individuals receiving Home and Community Based Wavier services (OCDD and OAAS) as well as Veterans in the Veteran's choice program. Shifts and hours vary based on the individual's needs.
Additional information provided during the interview. Immediate addition to payroll, holiday pay, travel reimbursement, annual merit increases. Favorable Background check and Valid driver's license required. The agency provides services throughout Region 6 (Avoyelles, Catahoula, Concordia, Grant, LaSalle, Rapides, Vernon and Winn parishes).
