What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Engineer - Entry Level position at Choice One Engineering?
Responsibilities
- Plan and design projects focused in land development, site design, and/or transportation. Work with a multi-discipline team of architects, MEP, and structural engineers on a variety of projects.
- Work closely with other technical staff at Choice One Engineering to assist in providing consulting engineering services to architects, national retailers, municipalities, universities, and local development clients.
- Interact daily with project teams in a multi-disciplinary and multi-office environment.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification
- P.E. license or in the process of obtaining P.E. license
- 1-4 years experience in land development, transportation design, or site design
- Very responsive and a strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines
- Continuous learning mindset
- Working proficiency of AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
