- Provide therapy and encouragement to patients following established plans of care
- Help patients use adaptive devices and learn daily living skills
- Support Occupational Therapists with exercises, communication, and care coordination
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with home health standards
- Keep therapy equipment organized and clean
- Participate in care plan meetings and share valuable feedback about patient progress
- Current Florida OTA license (required)
- Experience in home health or therapy settings (preferred but not required)
- Compassionate communicator with strong time management skills
- Comfortable using EMR and basic Microsoft Office tools
- A positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to help others
