The Risk Management Project Delivery Team is the team that is responsible for the project management and execution as part of a larger Service Management function. As a key member of our Risk Management Project Delivery Team, you will manage the execution of the most critical and impactful project initiatives within the Risk Management portfolio ensuring successful delivery of project and program outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
- As a Technical Program Manager 2, your job responsibilities will include:
- The day-to-day management of the projects assigned to you.
- The facilitation of removing roadblocks/impediments in collaboration with the project team.
- Serving as the liaison between the project team and the customer.
- Tracking and guiding the project team on meeting commitments.
- Being responsible for the project related communications and documentation.
- Working in collaboration with your stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field, from a four-year college or university, or a combination of equivalent education and/or work experience
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in project management
- Demonstrated knowledge with Program Management as a discipline
- Demonstrated motivated self-starter that is highly results oriented with the desire to deliver results
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and is learning to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability in nimble learning when faced with new situations and is beginning to develop new solutions to problems
This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Senior Manager, IT Risk & Service Management. You will have 3 peer teammates and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
