Apply today for our Corporate FP&A Sr Manager role and #MakeItYourChoice RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the consolidation of the company’s long-range plan, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Partner with functional leaders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Analyze investments and strategic initiatives, presenting recommendations to FP&A leadership. Drive innovation in FP&A processes by leveraging AI-driven tools and systems. Develop clear, concise financial reporting for senior executives and the Board. Identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and performance drivers across the organization. Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects such as M&A synergies, office strategies, and company-wide underwriting initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: Employment Experience Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting. Proven track record of building business partnerships and influencing stakeholders. Technical Skills Strong financial modeling, planning, and analysis capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Oracle Fusion EPBCS preferred. Additional Skills & Competencies Executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders. Exceptional communication and presentation skills—clear, concise, and data-driven. Strong project management and organizational skills. Curiosity and pioneering mindset around AI and process automation. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus. SALARY RANGE: The salary range for this position is $112,803 to $132,542 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
