Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for high-volume call center and sales positions.
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for open roles.
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process with managers and candidates.
- Maintain ongoing communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with offer letter preparation and onboarding activities.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from application through hire.
- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and open house hiring events.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
- Help promote Choice Home Warranty’s employer brand and company culture.
- Perform additional recruiting and HR-related duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
- Previous experience recruiting for sales or customer service positions is a plus.
- High-volume recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
