- Must be Vaccinated
- TB test (upon hire)
- CNA on NC Registry or experienced PCA
- Hoyer Experience (optional)
- Dementia training or experience (preferred)
- Background check nationwide
- High school diploma
- Clean driving record and current DL
- Scrubs
- A positive and upbeat attitude
