Role and Responsibilities
Team Members play an important role in serving our guests and providing an experience that keeps them coming back. As a Team Member your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Learning all positions of the restaurant
- Prepping and preparing product
- Ensuring quality service and product
- Listening to the guest needs and making sure they are met
- Work in a fast paced environment, while working with other to be as efficient as possible
Candidates MUST:
- Be friendly and guest driven
- Be able to follow direction and willing to follow policies and procedures
- Exhibit a willingness to go above and beyond for our guests
- Be professional and responsible
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
