Lead Operations for a Growing 3PL Warehouse
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee daily fulfillment operations within our growing third-party logistics (3PL) business.
This is a critical role responsible for ensuring multiple client orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will lead a small team while helping build the systems, processes, and accountability needed to support continued growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and wants to play a key role in scaling warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily order fulfillment across multiple client accounts
- Supervise and support warehouse staff (picking, cutting, packing, shipping)
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and shipped on time
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Maintain workflow efficiency and organization on the warehouse floor
- Monitor quality control and reduce errors
- Coordinate inventory organization and restocking
- Identify and implement process improvements to support growth
