Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area
- Types of jobs: remodels, windows, doors, decks, siding, shingles, trim, cabinets, flooring, painting, drywall, etc
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Reliable transportation
- Basic physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Preferred (Not Required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous outdoor or physical labor experience
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
