Job Summary
Rapidly expanding food production company looking for a full-time porter for daily warehouse operations. This is a fast-paced production-focused environment that changes daily. The porter position is responsible for waste/recycling collection from production lines, typically using an electric pallet jack or PIT. This is an excellent opportunity for advancement/growth potential for successful candidates.
Required background skills and minimum qualifications shall include:
- A minimum of two years' experience in the safe operation of PIT/electric pallet jacks.
- The successful candidate must be able to effectively function in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English--bi-lingual candidates preferred.
- Must be flexible to work overtime as needed or required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
