The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role serves as a key business partner to senior leadership and operational teams by developing forecasting tools, financial models, and performance analytics. The position also provides critical support for the development of costing, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting processes, and strategic initiatives.

internal trainings, and cross-functional initiatives. The frequency and duration of travel will vary

The position also provides critical support for the development of costing, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting processes, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Act as a change leader to forward finance transformation, business strategy, and operationalizing change by delivering in-depth analysis and data-driven insights related to the company's strategic as well as operating planning activities
- Serve as a trusted business advisor for your assigned practice leaders and finance leadership; analyze key performance indicators and develop a point of view to assist leadership in identifying risks which can facilitate timely course correction
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision making; work to simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points (tell the business story that supports the numbers)
- Strong proficiency in financial systems, analytics tools, and ERP platforms to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Skilled in leveraging automation, dashboards, and advanced Excel or BI tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Adept at integrating new technologies to improve financial modeling, scenario planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Continuously seeks innovative solutions to drive accuracy, transparency, and strategic financial insights.
- Advance the financial strategy through pro-active analysis and actionable planning and forecasting; emphasis on the future
- Leverage experience and subject matter knowledge to investigate the potential impacts of strategic business initiatives and transactions; work independently to drive vague or complex requests to meaningful completion; collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and provide financial insights
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10 years of finance/accounting experience, with 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
- Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Deep experience with ERP systems and BI tools; ability to drive system improvements.
- Demonstrated success in leading financial strategy and decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Highly analytical, proactive, and results-driven.
