Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Claims Adjuster located in Elkhorn, WI. The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for handling and evaluating claims with accuracy, managing claims documentation, and ensuring timely resolution. Key tasks include analyzing insurance claims, assessing property damage, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The Claims Adjuster will collaborate with internal teams and external clients, providing exceptional service throughout the claims process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in standard office software and claims management systems
- Prior insurance industry or claims-related experience great! But not needed.
- Auto industry experience a HUGE plus :)
