Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Setup and Load Technician is responsible for staging the event with careful attention to detail, assist during functions, and provide the best customer service to our guests.
Pay: $14.28 | Full-Time | Days and Shift Vary
Primary Tasks: * Prepare space prior to events/meetings. Ensure proper set up for all tables, chairs, equipment, and other accoutrements as needed according to event order.
- Must be detail orientated in set-up, execution, and follow-up of events.
- Tear down space after events/meetings. Organize and clean the Entertainment and Events area.
- Transfer supplies and equipment as available for each function.
- Ensure appropriate equipment is available for each function.
- Check assigned events for details and special circumstances.
- Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Promptly address and resolve guest concerns or inquiries.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
MINIMUM
- Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
Must be highly detailed-orientated and able to work independently and under pressure
TARGET
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred
