Your Key Responsibilities
As a Career Skills Program Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for Army Career Skills Programs
- Coordinating with the Designated Government Representative (DGR) and Regional CSP Coordinator
- Scheduling, organizing, and tracking Career Skills Program classes and cohorts
- Building relationships with approved employers, unions, professional associations, and training providers
- Assisting with drafting Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) and coordinating compliance with industry partners
