Overview:
Chocolate Bash is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee product procurement, inventory management, pricing, and logistics. This role works directly with the Operations Team and CEO to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate forecasting, and strategic supplier partnerships that support our company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, purchasing, and vendor relations.
Oversee inventory planning, control, and optimization to ensure proper stock levels and timely product availability.
Analyze data to support demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and cost-saving initiatives.
Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers to improve profitability and efficiency.
Maintain accurate ERP records and oversee all purchase orders using SAP Business One.
Coordinate with logistics partners to manage import/export compliance, shipping, and delivery schedules.
Review and report on KPIs such as inventory turns, service levels, and cost performance.
Support the operations and sales teams with B2B fulfillment, franchise orders, and project coordination.
