Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and maintain key relationships with passive candidates and industry contacts to build competitive talent pipelines. This role will be responsible for creating and deploying effective recruiting strategies to engage and attract highly qualified candidates to fill open positions.
This role requires a high degree of effective consultancy and collaboration with internal key stakeholders which includes, but not limited to: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality.
Responsibilities
- Partners with hiring leaders and Human Resources colleagues to understand available positions and their job specifications/requirements and competencies of priority positions.
- Employ creative sourcing methods, developing, and implementing advanced staffing processes and systems.
- Runs deep talent analysis, and execute recruiting strategies that include sourcing, candidate engagement and closing candidates with niche skillsets.
- Partners with Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to serve as a talent advisor with regards to sourcing best practices that include sourcing strategy, evaluation recruitment techniques and decision making.
- Leverages talent pipeline strategies that ensure future talent needs are met, and a continuous flow of candidates is established via relational recruitment tactics and proactive recruiting sourcing.
- Manages and prioritizes multiple searches, advanced projects and business partner relationships.
- Measures and tracks pipeline activity and share results.
- Leads and participates in talent acquisition projects.
- Promotes our employer brand online and in offline forums and platforms.
- Creates plan to attract and engage past candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
- Experience in salaried recruiting at all levels of the organization.
- Proven 2 years' work experience as a Talent Sourcer in Food/Beverage/CPG Manufacturing.
- Prior experience in innovative sourcing techniques and strategies.
- LinkedIn Recruiter & ATS experience required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Project Management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
