Summary
The Facilities cleaner supervises the daily cleaning required to include offices, common areas, restrooms, and conference rooms while following all Chobani safety procedures and good manufacturing practices.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean all glass doors and windows.
- Maintain and stocking supplies for oncoming shifts.
- Supply work stations, break rooms, and rest rooms with drinking cups, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning supplies.
- Make sure hallways and walkways are clear of foreign objects and trash.
- Submit work orders for items needing repairs to supervisors.
- Operate compactors for trash and cardboard.
- Operate floor scrubbers in hallways.
- Complete other tasks assigned by Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a cleaning, facilities, or janitorial role preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently.
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours.
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb steps or ladders as required.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in indoor industrial environments, including exposure to noise, moisture, cleaning chemicals, and temperature changes.
- Ability to comply with all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

The salary range for this full-time position is $21.00 - $26.00, bonus equity benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
