What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Environmental Sustainability Governance PMO position at Chobani?
This position is responsible for helping lead and organize all Chobani's Sustainability Program. You will play a crucial role in addressing the environmental impact that Chobani has through its five environmental focus areas. You will utilize your expertise in program and process management to help Chobani be the best in class in sustainability.
- Develop and manage monthly KPI tracking and management report outs
- Help environmental pillar leads manage scorecards and individual projects
- In conjunction with environment pillar leads help develop Chobani's North Star goals and plans to attain them
- Help ESG communications develop and manage project for Chobani's first ever sustainability report
- Manage the multiple ESG frameworks and how Chobani measures progress through each of the frameworks
- Manage ongoing improvement of the firm's sustainability/ESG reporting methodology
- Coordinate, track and report on key sustainability metrics for internal and external purposes
- Develop and help deliver sustainability presentation material as well as staff training content
- As projects are lead at various sites, lead and deploy those projects at other sites to ensure synchronization of efforts at all of Chobani's manufacturing sites
- In conjunction with ESG leads represent Chobani externally in promoting Chobani's ESG efforts
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Data Science, Sustainability, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with various ESG frameworks
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deliverables
- 7 years of experience is preferred

Compensation Range:$136,000.00-$204,000.00, plus bonus.
