What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communications Intern position at Chobani?
The Communications Internship will allow the successful candidate to greatly enhance their real-life experiences and learn modern skillsets within the field that they are studying. It is an outstanding opportunity to get hands-on experience crafting media pitches for brand and corporate storytelling, familiarizing yourself full depth of product portfolios across multiple brands, and working across various key business units to deliver on storytelling that ladders up to larger business priorities.
- Help drafting press materials, including pitches, briefing books, media lists, press releases, fact sheets, etc. as assigned
- Assistance with media coverage reporting
- Connecting datapoints to help build company narratives
- Owning PR mailer process distribution
- Other duties as assigned
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's program related to the field of Communications
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
- Interest in consumer-packaged goods industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools
- Ability to be on-site in our Soho, NY office up to 4 days a week
