Job description:
Choate USA is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with superior communication skills and the ability to learn quickly. This position requires someone who is a thinker, decision maker, and is able to process large and various amounts of information.

What you’ll do:
· General Administrative tasks: sending and receiving mail, ordering office supplies, assisting Managers with daily tasks
· Communicate with managers and field workers over email and phone to take daily status on projects
· Update our data system and keep managers on task
· Work with Corporate office to ensure your Market is meeting Company needs
· Pull permits, purchase orders, and keep up with payroll daily
What we need:
· Prior experience in clerical or admin work is a must (we’ll train, but this is not an entry level position.)
· Proficient (very comfortable) with emailing, speaking on the phone, Microsoft Office products, and handling mail
· Self-motivated with good follow-up skills and ability to coordinate with the rest of the team
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Must be fluently bilingual (both written and oral communication): English/Spanish
· Positive attitude and ability to take instruction and corrections
· Type 35 WPM (minimum) using complete sentences
· Must have reliable transportation
Salary: 40k-50k
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
