The Treasury team includes a broad range of functions, including Cash Management, Credit, Billing, Collections, and Disbursements. As a key member of our Treasury Department, you will be responsible for supervising daily corporate banking & cash management, ensuring accuracy of prior day reconciliation, current day cash position, concentration/funding of global cash, and wire transfers/electronic payments. Your Responsibilities Manage day-to-day banking and cash management processing, including daily cash position, wire transfers and electronic payments, funding & concentration of balances, and bank account administration. Oversee the short-term cash/liquidity forecast, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely update with all available information from business partners Manage debt service functions, including borrowing/repayment recommendations, revolver notices, interest payments & compliance reporting Work with tax, legal and regional teams to monitor and manage global cash in the most efficient manner, including settlement of intercompany balances, lending/repayments, and contributions/distributions. Review and release urgent wire transfers & electronic payments, ensuring proper support, approval, and beneficiary bank information. Execute FX spot trades as needed for concentration/funding of international cash Review journal entries and related reconciliations Prepare/review management reporting and forecasts Administer and control access to all banking portals, perform annual compliance review Ensure strong control environment is in place to minimize risk of errors and fraud Develop, implement and enforce policies and guidelines Manage all internal & external audits, control testing & Sarbanes-Oxley compliance Supervise, train and develop analyst Point of contact across organization for banking and cash management issues, working closing with bank relationship contacts to research and resolve Perform other related duties as required Your Experience, Skills & Competencies Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CTP preferred At least 5 years of progressive experience in banking, finance or accounting Demonstrated understanding of domestic and international banking & cash management Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with strong focus on spreadsheet applications and queries Experience with online banking platforms and treasury management systems Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skills Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across the organization Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to uphold Choice’s Values & Performance Principles of collaboration, performance excellence, sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion & diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect Your Team This is a leadership role that will report to the Director, Treasury Operations. You will have 1 direct report and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $92,000 to $115,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP). The pay range listed is for this position and is what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
